1.3. “Contract" means the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods under these Terms and Conditions.

1.6. “Terms and Conditions" means the terms of sale set out on this page, together with any additional terms agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer.

1.7. “Website" means www.doodlemood.art.

2. CONDITIONS

2.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Buyer’s statutory rights as a Consumer.

2.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer. The Terms and Conditions in force when the order is placed will apply to that order.

2.3. By placing an order through the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2.4. Any changes to a Contract must be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer.

2.5. Questions or complaints can be submitted through the Contact page or by emailing doodlemoodart@gmail.com.

3. ORDERING

3.1. An order placed through the Website is an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods under these Terms and Conditions.

3.2. A Contract is formed when the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation by email.

3.3. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Buyer will be contacted and offered the option to wait, choose an alternative where appropriate, or receive a full refund.

3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, an item is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred. Any payment already received will be refunded.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. All prices shown on the Website are displayed in pounds sterling.

4.2. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before the Buyer completes the order. Some products include delivery within the displayed price, as stated on the relevant product page.

4.3. The total price of the order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4.4. Payment must be made in full when the order is placed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

4.5. Sale and discounted items retain the same statutory cancellation and faulty goods rights as other eligible items.

4.6. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. RIGHTS OF SELLER

5.1. The Seller may update prices on the Website at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5.2. The Seller may withdraw Goods from the Website at any time.

5.3. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order for any of the reasons stated in clause 3.4. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Processing and estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. Current information is provided on the Shipping & Packaging page and, where relevant, on the individual product page.

6.2. Some Goods are shipped directly from the Seller’s UK studio, while others are produced and dispatched by trusted fulfilment partners. Items within the same order may therefore arrive separately.

6.3. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, Goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the Contract being formed.

6.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The Buyer should contact the Seller immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

6.5. Delivery will be made to the address supplied when the order is placed. Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer when the Goods are delivered to the Buyer or to a person identified by the Buyer.

6.6. Delivery availability varies by product and destination. If delivery is unavailable to the Buyer’s location, this will normally be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS

7.1. The Buyer may cancel an eligible online order from the date the Contract is formed until 14 days after receiving the Goods. The Buyer does not need to provide a reason.

7.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation through the Contact page or by email. The Buyer then has a further 14 days to return the Goods.

7.3. For change-of-mind returns, the Buyer is responsible for the return postage. Goods must be returned securely packaged and in their original condition. The Seller may reduce the refund if the Goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

7.4. Commissioned, personalised or customised Goods cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind.

7.5. If Goods arrive damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as possible. The Seller will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and will cover reasonable return costs where required.

7.6. Eligible refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service will not be refunded.

7.7. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or evidence that they have been sent.

7.8. Further information, including product-specific conditions, is available on the Returns page. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the Buyer’s statutory rights.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Seller’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or the Buyer’s statutory rights.

8.2. The Seller is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by a failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or by a failure to use reasonable care and skill.

8.3. The Seller is not responsible for loss or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the Contract was formed.

8.4. The Goods are supplied for private and domestic use. The Seller is not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.

9. WAIVER

If the Seller delays or fails to enforce any right under the Contract, this does not mean that the Seller has waived that right or cannot enforce it later.

10. EVENTS OUTSIDE THE SELLER’S CONTROL

10.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside the Seller’s reasonable control. These may include postal or courier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, fire, war, failures of communication or computer systems, or shortages of materials.

10.2. If such an event affects an order, the Seller will contact the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the delay.

10.3. If the delay is substantial, the Buyer may contact the Seller to cancel the affected Goods and receive a refund for any Goods that have not been supplied.

11. SEVERANCE

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited only as far as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

No waiver by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms and Conditions are published. The Terms and Conditions in force when an order was placed will continue to apply to that order.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

13.1. These Terms and Conditions and any Contract between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.2. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

13.3. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory legal protections available to a Consumer in the country where they live.
