    •    Packaged using rigid envelopes, archival sleeves, or protective tubes

    •    Signed by me, with certificates of authenticity where applicable

 

Canvas Prints

    •    Made to order by my trusted print partner

    •    Professionally printed, framed, and shipped directly from the fulfilment centre closest to you

    •    Free worldwide shipping included

    •    Delivered ready to hang

 

Do You Ship Worldwide?​​

Canvas Prints

    •    Yes — canvas prints are available with free worldwide shipping

    •    These are fulfilled by my professional print partner and shipped from regional centres to avoid customs issues

 

Signed Paper Prints / Original Paintings / The Little Book of Love

    •    These are shipped directly by me from the UK

    •    I currently do not ship these items to EU countries due to customs regulations

    •    UK and non-EU international shipping is available — please get in touch before ordering if you’re outside the UK

All items are tracked and you will emailed the tracking number once posted. ​

Shipping Costs

    •    Canvas prints include free worldwide shipping — no additional fees at checkout

    •    Items shipped directly from me (Little Book of Love, signed paper prints, original paintings) will have a flat shipping fee per order — no extra charge for ordering multiple studio items

    •    If your order includes both a canvas print and a studio-shipped item, you’ll only be charged the flat rate for the studio items. Canvas prints are shipped separately and don’t add to the shipping cost

    •    Original paintings will include tracked shipping within the total sale price — no separate shipping charge will be added

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders are subject to our 3 to 5 working day turnaround time before being shipped. 

Depending on the shipping method, below is an estimation of the delivery length and not fulfilment

UK: 2-5 days

Europe: 6-10 days

USA: 7-10 days

Australia: 7-15 days

Rest of the world: 7-15 days

Customs Information

Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may incur custom charges. We cannot predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier, not Doodlemood Art. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any delivery fees. You will receive a separate email from the shipping provider to pay the fee. Please make sure you email address is correct, otherwise your order will be sent back
