General Policy
Thank you for supporting Doodlemood art. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your item arrives damaged, I will always do my best to make it right.

Limited Edition Art Prints
All prints are numbered and limited editions.

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

If your art print is damaged, please email doodlemoodart@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your item.

If approved, I may request the return of the print for inspection.

Once approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs will be covered for all damaged items. ​

Canvas Prints
Canvas prints are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print partner.

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival.

Please email with photos if the damage within 7 days of receipt.

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

No returns or refunds for a change of mind, sizing error, or delivery delays caused by courier service.

Original Artworks
All original painting are final sale and non-refundable.
