How it works
Please email info@doodlemood.art if you are interested in a personal art piece for your wall or a gift. Feel free to add your requirements including style, size, colour palette etc or we can arrange a time to discuss specifics and price.
Commissions take approximately 5-8 weeks to complete depending on size, medium and paint curing time. You will be notified if the time scale differs.
Payment
A deposit of 50% will be required after details have been agreed. Photographs will be sent during and upon completion for any adjustments that need to be made before final approval. Once final approval has been confirmed, the last payment and shipping cost will be invoiced and paid for before the artwork is shipped.
Shipping
Shipping costs will vary according to size and weight. This will be calculated after the final approval. It is possible that large canvases will be taken off frames and rolled. Rolled canvases can be reframed and stretched at a framing service provider.
Shipping will always be sent tracked and insured.

Returns
Returns and refunds are not accepted on commissioned artwork unless received damaged.
