Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied or your item has arrived damaged you may return your item for a full refund or exchange. 

 

Returns on Apparel: 

To qualify for a return or exchange on clothing you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns must be sent back within 30 days (UK) or 45 days (rest of the world) from receiving your item. Garments must be in a new and unworn condition to be valid for a refund or exchange. Please include your name and order number when returning your item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will take between 5 – 10 business days to be submitted to your original payment method. Processing times can vary.

*Please note: We do not cover return shipping fees and you will be responsible for any charges to return your item unless items have been received faulty. We strongly recommend a trackable service to mail your return as we can not refund or exchange if your package is lost in transit.

 

Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless received faulty.

 

 

Returns on Prints: 

Prints are made to order direct from our supplier and we do not accept returns unless received damaged. Please contact us within 7 days to qualify for an exchange or a refund. We will ask for evidence of the faulty product and may ask for the return of the item to inspect further. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or your art print has been replaced, re-order and shipped. Once approved, a full refund will take between 5 – 10 business days to be submitted to your original payment method. Exchanges will take 2-10 days depending on the country. Shipping costs will be covered all damaged goods. Processing times can vary. 

 

 

Returns on Art:

Unless received damaged we do not accept returns on art pieces.
